Yeah it seems legit. Quite a few members have ordered and they seem to be satisfied, I think the owner is a member here. I've been looking at the 250mw 532 module, a member here pot modded it and its good for Class IV, apparently. For 300 bucks quite a deal.

That is a very good question. I've never thought of that. Maybe that is why the shipping is so cheap!
