780nm Safety goggles...Where do you hide?

So been playing with the 780nm wavelength its bout time i bought some safety glasses.

I cant really find and that will protect from the 780nm wave length.

Who can point me in the right direction?

I got mine from dragonlasers (item LSG09). I am happy with them. So far, up to 300mW no problems. I use them when playing with 780nm and 808nm diodes. Good deal for 30 bucks.

If you think you might try high powers greater than 500mW I wouldn't feel OD 3 is enough for me.
I would recommend testing the Dragon Laser Glasses yourself with a LPM. Don't want to take a risk with IR.

OEM glasses are pricey but they offer certified protection.
I looked through their options awhile ago for myself but I needed >800nm.

Interesting, im considering the following as i plan to play with a whole bunch of IR diodes (780/808/980) would they be the best to get?

Yes, this model is very good and is multi-wavelength, plus, certified EN207/208.

The only thing that not excites me, the VLT is only 26%, this will have to use that in a place with enough lighting.

Anyway I think this model is better because it covers your needs and also has a better VLT (36%), and is cheaper

Yeah i agree, i ended up comparing all the graphs and actually bought the Alexandrite, YAG.
