I have one 6x GGW diode for sale. Never been used, still in the original heatsink. It was for someone who backed out of the sale. I pulled the diode out of the sled and placed directly into packaging. I used ESD protection while extracting and the diode only touched a pair of plyers. asking $50 shipped to USA.

Okay, I didn't want to mess with it but I'll cut off the ribbon cable and solder some wires on it. I can take a pic of it lasing with my Iphone, will that work for you?

I think these are ment to be used with a green module but they can still work with an aixiz module just more work is required
