Shanghai Dream Lasers offer 10mW waterproof pointer. Its 10mW max so you might be getting one thats 8-10mW.
I have one and can tell you that its nice but lots of scatter around projected line. (not round dot)

Other that that one I don't think anyone else offer anything in 5-200mW range at all. I hope someone proves me wrong soon ;)

Atlas Nova has some 635 pointers. Only reliable place I know that carries affordable ones.

Atlas Nova makes only <1mW and <5mW 635nm pointers.
They do seem nice though.

Here is another shot where you can clearly see the shape of the beam. This one was taken with smoke in the room.

# Wavelength: 635NM
# Beam Diameter: <1.2m
# Beam Range: @12000 yard and up
# Output: 20mW
# Power Supply: CR123A 3V Lithium battery
# Length : 135mm
# Weight : 280g
# Made of Hi-grade aluminum alloy
# Class IIIa Laser product, upgrade power
# Windage & Elevation adjustment
# Pressure switch only and quick install&detch 20mm mount
# The package includes: 1x RED LASER / 1x 20mm QD mount / 1x CR123A battery

Hmm

Its a ClassIIIb not IIIa product.
Second - NM ?? .. alright, I guess it's ok in sales world.
Third- Steel or aluminum, they should have made up their mind before posting :D

Upgrade power seems like interesting thing.
Definitely contact seller first and ask about power upgrade. Most importantly if he can 100% confirm that it really is 635nm.
