EDIT- As per request more metering has been done and this laser with standard AAA energizers has a peak output of 105mW and and average output of 102mW over 45 seconds.

Yeah it pops balloons and lights matches. I will get peak and average reading for you as that seems to be wanted. It is about 2 years old but it has been babied so it is in brand new condition. I described it pretty well already.
