50mW 473nm DPSS is not outputing

My DPSS laser got weak after 2years.
It is 50mW 473nm using CMount diode.
I assumed that Diode pumping output power is 1W.
So I have replaced it with 808nm 1W CMount laser diode, but
Laser diode is pumping well but after touching to crystal beam is not outputing to blue. No output at all from DPSS.
Please help, Am I Doing something wrong or just its an alignment problem?

Just alignment. It is a very precise adjustment that is needed to get it to lase blue. I have tried replacing pump diodes for blue laser before and it has always proved to be a very difficult task. It requires very fine tuning.

You may want to try rotating the crystals or the diode. I was under the impression that polarization direction was important in lining up DPSS crystals.

I seriously doubt that the diode is 1W, it will be around 2W, you should know that.

THank you all for your reply.
I am posting an image of my DPSS.

I have not touch B part, only in A part I have chnaged the laser diode.
I am trying with aligning lense and diode but not getting any success.

if the seal in the housing was bad, air leakage may have damaged the crystals - moisture in the air degrades blue dpss crystals

Thanks MarioMaster for responding, I have checked the crystal with another assembly and it works perfect.
My new diode is like below (Multimode)
cmount.jpg

and old was (I dont know it was SingleMode or Multimode, but I assume that 1W always have Multimode)

Both the diodes size is different, I think.
