400mW 532nm module?

Hey so I was looking at o-like's modules and a 200mW prices out at $115, BUT their 400mW 532nm laser with battery and charger is $200. Their 400mW module is $380.

So my question:

Why would people buy a module for that price? Couldn't I take the module out of the host?

Maybe I am missing something, but it just doesn't make any sense. Any one have any ideas? Or has anyone tried it?

Different module is used on $200 400mW laser, I presume lower quality hence lowering the price, however for the power output given (H_Mike's gave 550mW peak though Susie herself admited he was lucky) I don't give much damn.
