Came across this link today, emailed to me from on of my "other hobbies" suppliers.

Anyone know who or what is being offered here? I am assuming it is M140 based ??

You just missed out. one like this was just sold by DJNY that hit just above 3.4 Watts. and no, those use 9mm diodes, as the description you gave a link to mentions. still, an excellent laser it looks like
