Hi all was thinking about buying this pen

But was just wondering if anyone know what he means by "Executive edition
Also, has any other Aussie bought from this site before? Not sure if he will scam me. :undecided:

Oh and Im seeing if i can get it for cheaper than 60 dollars but he hasn't replyed yet :/
