Here is my review of a 300mW green portable laser from SKYlasers.net:

http://blog.jwcxz.com/?p=300
Also included in that page is my video review, whose direct link is:

As I stated in the review, I am planning to test the power output tomorrow. However, given the quality so far, I have written the review as though the unit is completely up-to-spec in terms of output. Obviously, if I find that this is not the case, I will change my review immediately.

Feel free to comment on my blog, here, or on the video. Or all three. :)

Thanks for the comments, guys!

I'm heading out to test the power output in about 10 minutes. I'll put the results up tonight.

Actually, I was just too lazy to convert it all to bbcode for embedding the images...

Well, there were some issues at the lab. I used two meters: a Scientech 362 and a Scientech S310 with Astral head. Both reported results that were consistently low on 5 lasers (4 green and a blu-ray).

I'm still trying to figure out what to do here. I'll see if I can get access to a lab that actually uses their calorimeters (these haven't been used in a while and their calibration is relatively old).

I'll update this post when I get the results.

if anyone is intrested I sell the <500mw skylasers which average 485mw after 20 mins on for 600 uk pounds on ioffer, but if qoute your from the laserpointerforoums i will sell them for 450 uk pounds.

have a look iOffer: Buyer Center

My experience with Skylasers has been bad. My Sky200 runs between 87 and 400 mW depending on temp, weather, day of week --- whatever.
