3000 mW green laser

What can i expect from a 3000 mW green laser of 250 Euros, of 250 dollars?

This one is from a dutch site, that buys from china.

Will it really be 3000 mW?

Because i get it delivered in 1 week i hope.

i try to get find a picture of the laser.

Why getting a 3000mW for $250, if you can get one for $50?
