3.6v or 3.7v - does it matter?

I see that there are both 3.6 and 3.7v batteries (123A). I am using a FlexDrive, so would it matter which one I choose? Is one better than the other?

My CR123A batteries say they're only 3v... are they lying to me? What gives? o_O

To get 3.6v you need to get the RCR123A rechargables.

You need to buy a multimeter. Your batteries can't talk to you without one.
