Other than the ones o-like carries, does anyone know of a source for modules that are higher than 200mW, and are of good quality and up to spec? I've been poking around for a while on this subject, and other than O-like's offerings, I haven't found much.

I dont think you see many because once you hit that power level the price is high enough for the module that a full laser of the same power is often times the same price. I would guess that even olike probably doesnt sell many of those and I dont know of any others who do unfortunately.

Yeah. But I figure surely the modules they use in their $200 400mW lasers come from somewhere.. and cost less than $200..

I thought the same thing when they first came out. My guess is those 400mW laser may come assembled from the manufacturer and may not be offered as modules to retailers. You could try contacting o-like about getting just a 400mW module :beer:
