200mw Laser has 2 dots and wont burn stuff

Just brought a 200mw laser from megalaser uk and the laser has 2 dots
Also it takes a good 10 seconds to burst a black ballon and couldn't get a match to light even with it colored black.

Any ideas?

We call that TEM01. Usually it can clear up when warm. If it doesnt send it back saying you want a TEM00 laser. One dot.

It's not 200mW, and it's mode-hopping. Bad laser. Return it.
