100mw 445nm

Hi,
I've seen the key chain kit from jayrob :http://laserpointerforums.com/f64/fs-key-chain-build-kit-fit-10280-battery-42564.html .
It's the perfect laser for me (small en low powered) but I'm not that technical, I will not be able to build one on my own.

That's why I'm asking: is there somewhere I buy a low power 445nm laser?

So far I've only seen high power 445nm diodes/lasers.(except jayrob's key chain kit)

the reason i wanted a low power laser is because I thought it would be cheaper and smaller.
After some research i realized there are only 2 modules(130 and 140), it means the price will not be affected by the power of the laser?

Yes it´s true.

I like lower powered lasers because I´m able to use them indoor without goggles. Of course only when I KNOW that there are no objects around which are able to reflect the beam.
