I'm still not going to say anything until you get the replacement unit. But I will say that you are supporting an unreputable company that pretty much is in it for the money end, and not for the desire of the hobby itself.

Ok, I got tied up between highlasers and boblasers. Really not sure if there was a big difference between the two... In any case, we will see the results and I will not say anything further. :-X

You know, Jack at optotronics and I was chatting about that supposed "700mw" penetrater laser.  He even told me that the highest potential for a portable unit is at 500, at press time.  I always wondered what this unit will actually put out.  Guess I'm going to find out...  And just so you know...

I know. However, I think before I post something. I'm a noob, and I don't want to end up posting anything stupid.

I just don't think it is worth the risk of modifying an expensive unit, period. Just my opinion. Not that it really matters...

This may not be that all important, but I was wondering if Pseudonomen is aware that Highlasers.com (can't post site) is using one of his youtube videos in their site (RPL-300).

An RPL-450 you say? I'll have to think about that one. This 350 unit I have seems to be doing more than enough, for now...

Need to get rid of towards buying a new vehicle. The unit might have to be sent in for work. I am not sure if it is putting out the optimum mw. Hasn't been dropped or handled rough. Has some scratch marks on the outside. The case, keys and batteries are included of course. I will be out of the...

I might go ahead and just send in the 225 and go for the 400. Really thinking about it right now, but I need to consider how much faster it drains the battery. So tempting...

Re: $780 Green RPL 300. This is a serious deal. I would love to get it, but the problem is that I need to get rid of this RPL225 first (not that it is bad or anything, just need more umph). I really am looking for an upgrade... Really wish I could work something out. >:(
