    hi all, new to the forum for my dissertation im building a photolitography machine (microchip patterning) with a free moving 405nm laser diode and i need to focuss it into the absolute smallest spot. Ive been looking into lenses, ball lenses and fibre coupling it myself. Anyone have any ideas...
