So a couple nights ago, I accidentally dropped my laser on rocks from pocket hight. Yesterday, I noticed that my laser would turn off for about 1 second, then back on. This happens randomly, but now its happening more frequently. What is wrong and what can I do? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I bought a 2w blue laser from freemascot.com and it has been great! But i recently tried cleaning the lens with a qtip that was wet and now it looks like there is water in the lens. Is there a way I can fix this?
