Hi all, I'm working on a laser with a 650nm diode outputting at roughly 150mW. I'm winder if these would be suitable enough. https://www.survivallaserusa.com/Eagle_Pair__190-470nm___660-760nm_Laser_Safety_Goggles/p1667092_7862041.aspx
They're rated to be OD4+ at 660nm-760nm, but it is also said...
After having this account for a while, I realized a never made a proper introduction, and for that I apologize. Anyways, I hope I can eventually contribute something of myself here.
I'll be looking forward to it. I would totally buy the 520nm in a few days, but I want to get a set of eagle pair before doing anything with a new laser.
The thread title pretty much sums it up. Is anyone here interesting in emulation.
I myself love emulation. I have racked up a little over 3700 posts on the PCSX2 forums in 8 months.
I know it's not cheap, my other hobbies are just as bad though. I fly R/C helicopters and do PC gaming, and I love my audio, so I'm not stranger to expensive hobbies.
Thanks for the help, I'll probably order the module tomorrow, as it's my 17th birthday. I already have a couple of host ideas.
I was thinking about getting something around 650nm. I already extracted one diode from a 16x burner. Sadly I don't have a very large budget to finish the build. I need the driver, module, and maybe a new diode if the one I extracted ends up dying on me. I was looking at laserbtb.com originally...
