Host for sale & misc items.

I have a few hosts (and misc items) up for sale. I figure, someone here can still make use of them, or possibly even repair them?!? The 650nm review: http://laserpointerforums.com/f52/laserpointerpro-650nm-87751.html Now dead. The others were DOA. I'd like to sell it all at once if...

    IR Testing/Measurement

Just curious as for a means to test the IR output from a pointer. I have an LPM, but also wanted to find out how much my pointers may be outputting. Thanks!

    eBay Red Pointer

Not much to see here. Just your standard, eBay red pointer. I was thinking I might get another overspec pointer, but no bueno. Overall the pointer just feels flimsy. And the dot has alot of "leaking". If you need a cheap pointer in a case that has some color to it, I guess this would work...

    LazerPoint 532nm

I wanted to get a feel of the various laser pointer sellers, and surfing the forums, I found LazerPoint. The thing that really caught my eye were their prices. So I figured, I'd give it a go. Well each purchase I've made, it's taken a few days just to process the order. And the shipping... Well...

    Jasper APC (Green)

This was the laser that got me into the hobby, a few years back. The company, has since disappeared, but at the time they were one of the more well know sellers. At 4mw's it's not powerful, but the beam still reaches out! I've used the laser while camping, and just marveled at how far the...

    eBay 405nm Pointer

I wanted to grab a cheap 405nm pointer, just to see how it would perform. And EBay has just the right prices ;) Sold as a 5mw pointer. At 72mw it's a good deal Overspec! If you are on the look out for an inexpensive 405nm pointer you could do alot worse than this. I'd purchase from...

    Aviators being taken advantage of?!?

Was doing a search on glasses, and found these. PSPBG Lens Example: $120 for only 445-450nm OD 2+ & 532nm OD 2.5+ seems a bit much even if the styles are pretty nice. It seems like by marketing them towards pilots; they will get a decent amount of business, when I venture the pilots could pay...

For Sale: NOIR Lasershields Safety Glasses

I originally purchased a set for myself, and after further reading realized they were a really good pair of glasses, so I purchased a few more. They were made by NOIR: Link-> NoIR LaserShields: Laser safety goggles for 190nm thru 534nm and 910nm thru 1070nm lasers and applications. Nd:YAG and...

    Protocadmus Laser Goggles

Well I probably should have posted my question before I purchased, but too late now... But I found a deal on what I think are some legit safety goggles. The company is German, and they do alot of work in the medical laser industry. They come with a spec sheet, (that kinda makes me feel better...

    Wow, information overload!!!!

Been reading though the various sections on this site, and you can tell this is a hobby people take seriously!!! I purchased my 1st non-pointer laser back around 2008 (A Jasper laser, what happened to those guys?!?). Looking forward to learning more.
