hi there,
iam looking for a decent 473nm. i found the following on CNI:
1) PGL-H-473 laser module 1-50mW
2) portable laser PGL-III-A-473 5-50mW
now my questions are:
a]
does cni still ship to private individuals? i mailed for prices, but maybe sb knows already what to expect here approx...
which really bugs me is how to enjoy such a strong laser(1W-2W), especially when u are not into burning but more a look'er? so you have to record everything (eg. inside pointing, mirror, lense experiments) on video and then rewatch it how it would have looked without glasses?!?
thank god, ytube...
i have never seen a 1W, 1.5W or 2W blue laser at night in real, but do u notice a considerably difference in beam&spot or is it negligible at this high outputs?
(didnt know where to put this topic, there is no "lasers in science fiction" section)
to build the first class5 laser it must can do the following:
1) emit black light (maybe by inverting white light, iam not sure about that)
2) laser power output must be stable below 0 in negative range
any...
i found this on german ebay:
it looks like one of those cheap <1000mW blue laser sets: host looks like WL arctic, it is 1y old, rarely used and status of the batteries more or less unknown. belongs to the son but mum is selling it and says everything is fine...
laser is from "laserfanatics"
if...
sry for bothering again but i ditched all my plans for various reasons and will only stick to a new pen stlye laser. does sb. recently own this model? i found a 4y-old review on lpf, but is the build quality still good as CNI-GLPs?
thank you (again)...
where is the mw threshold for green, when exceeded it only extends ur burning capabilities but visually(beam@night) stays the same. is there such a point? talking only pens and handhelds
...when i use the formula P=I*V considering V the voltage of the batterie and measuring I when I connect my multimeter in series when my laser is on.
is that the same power reading which is given approx. on the laser label or when we talk about mW of lasers in general?
For those who still use standard AA or AAAs. What kind of batteries do you use?
Anyone for Energizer's Lithium Ultimate? Any problems with the higher voltage?
Or would lets say the Energizer Ultra+ Alkaline do the same job?
Any experience, concerning the max. output without harming the diode?
Hello,
I still have a 75mw Wicked Lasers Phoenix Green Laser Pen. Its from 2006/2007.
Looks like in the attachted Pic. As I can remember I payed 249$ for it back then.
So in 2013, what is this laser now worth in USD or EUR? I really cant put a price tag on it, cause I assume things have...
