Hi, Sorry i don't have any proof but if you have an LPM you could test the unit yourself if you buy it, The unit peaks at 586 and stabilises at around 550 and yes the beam expander is included also.

I went to see this last night :D Only a few miles away from me, they really do look very impressive. I spoke to a guy that was with the company, he said the units used output around 40W each :O

Honestly, i really wouldn't knock o-like for this its just a bit solder, you really don't need to send it back, just take it somewhere local to be fixed if you cant solder it back on yourself. But yeah, the only issue is if you do that and something else goes wrong they might not take it back...

I know there's other threads about beam combiners but do we have any new ideas around here? I'm interested in attempting something that could be used to combine two beams as precisely as possible, i was thinking a chamber with some internal mirrors... or some other way to trap light and give it...

I did hear something of an actual 532nm light emitting diode, can't remember the exact details on it... it was on here somewhere though.
