I live in Maryland, USA. I want to order a 40mw green laser pointer from optotronics.com. Optotronics Product Details But FDA only allows a max of 5mw. Anything above that needs a switch or whatever on it to be allowed. I dont think the laser has a switch. So how can I get the laser sent from...
