Thanks! All I found was the certificate with authenticity info (with gold seal), warranty, instructions, etc.. It just says 550+ mw Jack is getting back to me with specific output, per my serial #. I should know soon! :)

Hi, I was looking for someone who might happen to have a laser power meter in the Michigan area. Need to a meter that measures at least 650 mw for a green pointer. I live in the Tri-City area (2 hrs north of Detroit), but I am willing to drive to whomever has one. Let me know. :beer:

Hi, I have a laser pointer, takes AAA batteries, and it has a very prominent star spattered dot. If I twist the laser pointer, the star pattern follows. It is a lot more prominent when I have fresh batteries in it. Any idea what could/can be causing this? Hopefully it will be an easy fix...

So if it doesnt stay in TEM00, does that mean the laser is damaged goods or something?
