I think the experiment should continue as plan and the laser should not be touch. If any thing is change or touch the experiment has to start over again. The only reading that is really off is from Kenom, every one else are close. If it goes back to Kenom now what would be the point? If the...
I don't think $10 is going to do much but if enough people want to join in at the end it can add up. A slush fund is good; it can be use toward future laser build for calibration. One setting at each wavelength is not enough to calibrate effectively.
Same meter but no calorimeter (head), I was watching the same auction you won but it had slip my mind. You know old age an all. I bought two cable one with male to male and one with male to female. If you want the male to male check here...
Hey Ken,
What exactly are you looking for? A cable with a male and female plug at either end? If so let me know I found one for my meter that is like yours.
I have been in contact with ScopeGuy20 and it look like we will meet this weekend.
Also while you have the PSU open check the continuity of the wire between PSU end with the pin or pins of the plug. If there is a problem with the plug to wire connection you should see it here.
I would try pluging in the RED again to see if it still works then verify voltage of the PSU at the plug. If the reading is off then open the PSU and measure the output where the wire connect to the PSU to rule out problem with the PSU.
Kenom,
May suggest a new shipping order, I think this is the fasest way to get the laser around.

Hey I have one too, that makes three. This is such a new model it will be hard to find a used calorimeter for it and a new one is too costly.
Kenom, nice you got a great deal.
