ive had this laser for a few months, its in very good condition, it only has a few scratches on the caps which can easily be replaced, it comes with two rechargeable duracell AAA 1000mah batteries, two energizer lithium batteries, 5 spare warning stickers and the original box it came in.

ive been through 3 diodes so far, one is completely ruined, the + wire from the battery touched the circuit board, giving the diode the batterys full current, it just made a bright flash and that was it, dead :'(.
the other one is running fine, ive got it ready to go into a sonar case, and run...

now you (hopefully) have a blueray laser. you can buy a spiffy case from wicked and power it on 2 cr123as if you want to.
currently mine is being held together with duct tape ;D its just the housing taped to the battery pack ;D but i do plan on buying a case from wicked once i get some money...
now you will need to focus the laser, screw the lens all the way back into the housing
(if the laser has a focal point then you will have to unscrew the lens and take the spring out from behind it)
with the lens all the way in the beam should start out small and spread pretty quickly.
