I'll paypal you in a few for it. I think I'll use it for my BR project. I'll show you my next red project too, it has an "overdrive/boost" switch to go from 5ohm to 3ohm I am thinking but no sure on final values.
Re: Wanted: visible beam laser that can burn for ~
Jake21 might but I do believe he doesn't have a green to compare it to. I am making him 2 reds now, and I will say if I am outside at night you can only see a 200mW red when staring directly down it very unimpressive. I have showed many...
Are you using PicBASIC or C code? It would be easy to do with a capacitor and transistor. I would recommend a ddl circuit and a digital pot in lieu of the resistor or turn pot if the laser doesn't have a driver.
Re: FS: 180mW 650nm Laser Diodes - $25
So you like my idea you seen in the other thread so much you steal it and then don't answer my question!? You bought 47uf caps then take my 10uf suggestion and still no response for price on a diode pressed into a housing.
I put on welding glasses and looked into my DX200. After I got a spot in my eye that didn't go away after a few days I arranged to sue the company that made the glasses. I then found out when I was notified by them it only stops UV light not IR as that's not given off by welding. Bad idea I...
Yeah I asked my little brother last night, and he said no it was closed can. I get confused sometimes, I thought I bought him the same diode as mine. When I looked in Dr. Lava's thread I guess it was a good closed can.
