I will start from scratch again. I'll charge up the batteries and give the test another shot. I'll let you know what happens. If I had my Hero2 camera here, I would record the whole session for you. :)
When I have problems with my car the first place I go to is neighbors and friends! In that market dealers are usually way over priced and not customer friendly, specially here in NJ.
I'll try to get a close up picture of the thernopile sensor for you. It was just odd that all 4 of the lasers I...
I have 4 lasers that I want to sell.
2 of them you'll notice right away and are from people right on here. The other two are generic, unless you want to call DragonFire/Ball or whatever it is generic. I have a nice aluminum case for carry and go, some batteries as you'll see and a nice Eagle...
Their "cost" prices are horrible. I still see mid power lasers on their site for $294. I just wouldn't trust them now. If you do order from them keep in mind it may be real hard to return a laser to them. I've had nothing but bad experience with these Chinese anything you can buy websites.
What does the warning label say about the power rating? I own that same laser and it seems to be built like a tank. The green beam is very thin and bright. One thing I do not like about it is the light around the button when it is turned on. I don't really need extra lights, specially in the dark.
Re: FS: Laser Power Meter max. 5 watt
For those that know meters, is this a good meter? The data sheet also says the min power is 200mW. Does that mean it won't read lower power lasers like 50mW or 10mW?
I do own a Laserbee 2.5 USB and have been pleased. I don't really need the Alpha, but for an LCD portable model for $99 isn't a bad deal. I'll consider the Alpha "not available" until I guess we actually see one.
