Laserlands.com "HALF PRICE WITH A REVIEW" Promotion When?

Merry, laserking's description says "Temperature Samping: 10KΩ Thermistor". Does that mean that it regulates current depending on module's temperature, protecting the laser from overheating? (oh, and I believe you misspelled "sampling")

hi jander6442, thanks! I started just a few months ago, so I only have a new style 200mW red and 200mW green module from o-like in a rayfoss host (the exact same you use for your very clean PHR build!). But the green one is not really functional, as I ruined the lens and am waiting for a...

Laserlands.com "HALF PRICE WITH A REVIEW" Promotion When?

Yes, they are very effective. Once I accidentally pointed a 200mW green at my left eye  for a split second while working with the module up close and my vision is fine, thankfully  Also, you can't beat the price! (they are $7.99 at focalprice EDIT: I mean laserlands sell them for less)

    How sanitary are you?

Every second day in winter and every day in summer. Interpolate for other seasons ;) Now is winter, so I voted for 3. The air is very dry here in winter and my skin always itches during this time of the year, so I have to use moisturizing cream and try not to take shower too often. EDIT...

Opera tutorials, try and tell me

Opera is faster, no doubt. And yes, I use Thunderbird and uTorrent. But unlike download manager I never wished for these to be built-in. LOL I didn't use Opera's built-in email client even when I used Opera. I'm a micro-ISV and write software for a living, so I store all issued registration keys...

Opera tutorials, try and tell me

Well, Opera is a good browser Albert and I used it myself for several years (before Mozilla and during the life of Firefox 2 which had many flaws), but since Firefox 3 was released I switched back to it. For me it's all about extensions: Adblock Plus (duh!), DownThemAll! (I actually like it more...

Congratulations guys! Anyone else? Can't wait for reviews to start kicking in. Disco laser looks interesting, but I would like to learn about it's heatsink.

Does anyone know what host this laser is in and what heatsink?

Interesting host. Just asked the seller. Maybe they won't answer, but at least I tried.

    Post your PC setup .

Asus F8Va 14'' laptop: 2.4 GHz Core 2 Duo, 4Gb RAM, ATI HD3650 1Gb A very snappy machine. I often connect it to my 24'' full HD monitor when I'm working (mostly programming) or watching movies.

Please help me with my LB030 laser!!!

Turn the pot down to where it was! You risk ruining your laser. I had the other model of this laser, but there is little difference. I turned the pot up twice. When I turned it up for the second time after a few hours of use, it only worked for about half an hour before burning out.

    Global Warming - Real Science?

I live in Russia and it's been the warmest autumn in a VERY long time. I don't remember the exact number for my city, but *** removed text *** EDIT: Sorry, got it wrong. It's been one of the five Moscow's most warmest autumns in 130 years. Last year's autumn was Russia's 3-rd warmest since 1891...

It was requests, not hits IIRC. One page load usually results in quite a few requests to the server.
