Wow, that looks pretty nice and from Viasho too, should be top quality. I didn't see a price though. Did you request a price? Viasho products are some of the better stuff out there but are pretty expensive.

Not that I know of. The driver will adjust the current to the diode, more current, more mW. But you would need a LPM to tell you how many mW's the diode is outputing. Can you solder? You could make a cheap linear driver and use a variable bench PSU to power it. That set-up, with a LPM would...
