Hope that you guys have better results than i do. I cant seem to get them to go past 12mW with a aixiz glass coated for 635nm that's at a 90mA. Does that sound correct to you guys 12mW after optics and such?

Rookie mistakes the first one i hooked up reverse polarity and the second one i forgot to short the cap on the driver after i took it off the test load.:banghead:

Got mine today. Haven't had em a couple hours and i fried 2 already :( now I'm gonna go take a break from building today.

Yes but the last time he was active was on 02-23-2011 12:30 AM So I'm sure there is reason why haven't heard from him and i hope that everything is ok.

I was having a very similar problem as viperx1101 so i started looking around for another o-ring but i didnt have many on hand to choose from. So i found that the 2mm (i think) rubber inserts for the grooves fit like a glove. Cut a peice about 2 inches long and presto problem fixed.

I will take 5 LPC's
