    WTB: 400mw 532nm plain module

Have emailed lasever, thanks rhd for confirming it's CNI. Your'e right, o-like's 400mw green seems unbeatable. Anyone had experience ripping the o-like 400mw pen module? And what with life expectancy if running for hours with appropriate cooling?

    WTB: 400mw 532nm plain module

Dino's old site looks ideal for my use but I am not sure I trust power for anything except their firedragons, plus the description concerns me "and the power scope of the green laser module is between 250mW. " Maybe I should buy a 300mw firedragon and rip the module, just seems a complete waste...

    WTB: 400mw 532nm plain module

Hi Jim and thanks for your reply. I have tried Lazerer, they do not sell anything above 150mw. But that is exactly the sort of site I am looking for, just a site that actually SELLS them haha..

    WTB: 400mw 532nm plain module

O-like seem to no longer have their 400mw module listed and they do not seem to want to reply to my various emails about it. Anyone know if they still have these? If not where else I could get a module of about this power for an affordable price? Thanks in advance.

WTB: 532nm module or Lab unit: 150mw-500mw

As title suggests, it is time I get a green for my scanner. I have considered getting a 150mw module from Lazerer for $60 and have already made the analog driver myself but would rather check here first for anyone who can give me a good deal. You can let me know about your assembled labbies...

Inexpensive, decent correction for 300mW Mitsubishi 635nm laser @ 94% transmission

Plano convex lenses are found in cosioe projectors.. And i'm pretty sure bi-concaves are also.. Can anyone confirm this? Would the ones found there be unsuited due to the exact dimensions needed? Not an expert on this.. thanks :yh:

    1000mw 650nm diode specs - opinions?

Emitter size for 500mw 635nm is 150x1um with divergence: 40°┴ x 10°//. I take it that is no better than misubishi? Can supply datasheet if anyone wants. Still waiting on 1000mw 650nm.

    1000mw 650nm diode specs - opinions?

I am unsure so have asked for those details too. which would be preferable wrt perceived beam brightness?

    1000mw 650nm diode specs - opinions?

Just a question while waiting on emitter size.... Seller also has 200mw 635nm diodes, assuming beam specs are good an equal for both, which would be preferable wrt perceived beam brightness? About the same? If so ill get the price and specs of those too.

    1000mw 650nm diode specs - opinions?

That will be fine kiyo. Although I cannot guarantee anything, the supplier seems very professional. Does the diagram give enough info? I am now looking for all the bits to mount this properly. I wonder if the supplier sells what is required.. Worth asking. Can anyone give any indications as...

    1000mw 650nm diode specs - opinions?

Updated with diagram on first post. Will let you know when I get emitter size but he says it is tiny, not normal TO-18 type where it sits behind window. Sorry for all the missing info, I think he wants to withold his supplier which I respect. Depending on people interested I would be happy to...

    1000mw 650nm diode specs - opinions?

Not sure if I really want to go the c-mount route due to the obstacles.. Had a look at threads about diy c-mounts, all seems a bit grey. Is it worth it? Would it be worth it for more experienced people such as yourself?

    1000mw 650nm diode specs - opinions?

Just asked, C-mount. Will update with diagram he is emailing me.

    1000mw 650nm diode specs - opinions?

Comes as single raw diode. Looking at about $100 ea.

    1000mw 650nm diode specs - opinions?

A guy I know owns a laser therapy company.. Asked him if his suppliers sold any strong 660/635 diodes. Here's specs on 1W 660nm. Weird format so I just made a snapshot... What do you guys think? I am no expert but divergence looks better than mitsubishi D's.

Not sure what I want really..

If one did plan to do build that, would it be cheaper and safer just to buy a whole pre-made unit? I keep wanting to find a 300mw+ module and heatsink it for a lab. Any advice?
