    Some Laser Advice?

    I'm a bit new.. So I have $82 exactly to spend... I'm looking for a decent laser I guess, and a pair of goggles.. When I say decent, I mean having the ability to pop balloons.. But I don't want to burn my eyes to dust... So goggles will help some.. = ) I also want to know a few other things...

    Buying 100mW Laser

    I'm pretty new, I just want a laser to have fun with, pop balloons etc.... My budget at the moment is $17.80, I'm wondering if this is enough?
