The diode is out of a 6X burner, don't remember which one because it has been about a year. I'm using a micro flex driver, I pushed it too far though. I had it close to 320mW but ended up burning it out! Time to build a new one!

That is a nice little host, I have the same one for my 300mw bluray. I messed up the driver/switch holder so I hade to make one but it is a great little unit. I like how the axiz housing slides right in and is very snug. Nice build, on a side note mine fluoresces my marble floor tiles...
