adorama is a useless site . it's for foto camera's not lasers . they don't have a tiny lens that can simply be screwed into my laser . like the brass component containing the lens like in this picture's

i cleaned my lens today . watched a video on youtube and that gave me the info i needed to take the actual glass lens out of the holder . but i think it was gleud in or somthing seems to be that some residue of the glue was still in there and the lens might be a bit crooked after i placed it...

yes it's the lens the dirt spots expand when i unfocus the laser aswell . uhhm i have screan cleaner but it has some extra ingredients like preservatives potasium sorbate ,methyl paraben. i also have some pure ethanol . maybe that's a good idea ? the 40% one is a good tip bought some jack...

uhhm i have no idea . i don't think there even is a window in there just the lenz that is focusable check the link i posted above that the link to my laser .

yea have spots around the dot and the lens does not look as clean as it did . i think smoke has settled on it . or dust or somthing

so you can't simply perfectly focus a laser so it is 2mm diamiter at 1 feet and 2mm diamiter at 50 miles away ??? since that's the kind of laser i want . i don't want a 12 feet dot at 2 miles i want an at most 5 cm dot at 2 miles away

ok i got my laser back 2 days ago . took 2 weeks to get to china (cheap shipping) and one and a half week later i get a new laser whith DHL pakkage . the guy was very nice in the mail's i admit he had trouble whith english (think he used google translate) even though his name was zachary...

o wait never mind i just read it again and it said don't put in 2 CR123 so i am guessing it's like trying to use aaa instead of aa battery's or somthing that might work for a little while .. using 4 or 5 watch battery's stacked ontop of eachother to simulate an AAA battery (basicly the same...

hey i just read a topic about how to care for your beast (the artic blue laser) and they warned not to use the CR123 battery's becouse they will exceed the power limit . and that's what the site said i needed to put in my laser maybe that's why it broke

what couses that other effect that nearly all lasers i've seen have . it's hard to explain when the light of the beam not the beam it self reflects of of something or get spread out over a larger surface . that light is not just a green glow but it always seems like bacteria or something moving...

yea i got the adress to send it to . china . but i live in the netherlands . arrived here about 4 to 5 days after i ordered it so i hope the repair will be just as swift . after this im planning on buying a blue (im newb to lasers so i don't know the nm if i remember right its 502nm ?? ) 1 or 2...

i know i made that mistake whith a 25mw green laser . it broke somehow and i thought that those crystals where knocked out of line or somthing . then tried to slighley move it back and then the whole crystal module came lose. my green light turned red and as i have read a little on this forum...

i just spoke to someone from warnlaser . they offered that i'd send the laser to them they will fix it and send it back i decided to send it to them . so i will do so this monday hope they won't scam me
