Hear is one of my diode's with a TEC, from EF's GB 2 & 3. Aixiz Glass 405 Lens. 190ma - 6mW 250ma - 105mW 300ma - 169mW 350ma - 236mW 400ma - 299mW 440ma - 361mW I am only using a rkcstr driver so max is 440ma, still undecided on a permanent driver. Thought these might be useful to those not...
