The module is somewhat recessed into the body, and the head threads over the entire body width (if that makes sense). So I guess the head pulls the heat from the body? The longest I've ran it for was about 2 mins. and it still felt fine.

I have an Uncle that has a hard time seeing 405 at all. I was showing him my 300-ish mw 405, and he said that it looked grey to him. And that he could only see Violet if he looked at the dot indirectly.
