It's too hard to tell from the photos but a 100mW 532nm would usually be a very cheaply made Chinese laser and would almost always have an acrylic lens and not a glass lens. You can clean a glass lens but should never attempt to clean an acrylic lens, many low cost lasers especially low power...

When c0ld introduced the new DarkShadows responsive style a few days ago some people got automatically changed to it, maybe it happened to quite a few, just check that drop down menu at the bottom left of your screen and see if you are using DarkShadows V5 or the responsive. Alan

What do you mean after the lens? If you unscrew and remove the lens, most lasers have a spring behind the lens to keep it tight so it's not loose, you want to keep this. If you are talking about a spring on the battery contact board then this is ok too, if it uses only one battery it is good...
