I have put one more step forward in the journey of laser making my own heatsink using my new lathe. So my build is having my own heatsink my own buck driver with reverse battery protection.
My final product. Working very good.
I have made EMP which will light the florescent lamp easily.
My problem with it is. it only works if the wire from rf transistor's collector to one end of coil is longer. if i shorten the wire and my hand touches the battery it wont work. but if i extend the wire even i touch the...
I used pchannel mosfet. yes physically making it impossible to fit is difficult in the case of lithium round cylindrical batteries unlike 9v battery. even though 9v batteries have different type of connectors for +ve and -ve while inserting we still make a mistake by touching them wrong side...
Yes of course.
Regarding the driver i used mosfet to protect the driver from the reverse polarity. all the parts soldered on the board is by using torch which was difficult but i made it. i dont have soldering station. i will quickly buy one once i get some income. and regarding the host...
I was asked by one of my friend to make buck driver with reverse battery protection. so i modified the same buck driver which i had posted earlier and when i gave it to him he was happy.
1. Full set of c8 flash light parts with my buck driver.
2. This is the driver 1.5A
3. Back side of the...
Thank you for your comments.
I have tested it and it is working very good. i am making another version of it with reverse battery protection when i finish that, i will upload some images again.
and regarding chip i am sorry i cannot tell.
You have to build a dummy load. (It have many threads about it you can search and make one on your own self) then attach the driver to the dummy load and turn the potentiometer until you get your desired current.
If there is no potentiometer then you might have to change the sense resistor. i...
Without reading the rules i made a mistake in posting there. but now i have realized my mistake. and i appreciate with this rule. this is very good to avoid spams and many other issues.
i am requesting my sincere apologies for my ignorance about the rules to the whole...
