Please don't forget me, I paid for a nice heavy pointer months ago, have reminded you twice I paid for that and not received it yet. All of this while I have been a very good customer calling that shipping damage on the last uber heavy order a personal loss (hundreds of dollars of damage) when I had no fault in the issue for what the packer didn't do right.

You are a hard working man who produces very good work, but I've found your feet need to be held to the fire from time to time, so I lit this match. At this point I'm feeling used and discarded, you could at least fill that order, I guess you estimate me as a fool now since I didn't make you fix that last damage so can do this too?

Maybe I am being too harsh and you just keep forgetting due to all of the other things going on in your life? If so, forgive my harsh judgement, but don't forget, I've probably spent over 6000 dollars with you on customer jobs so far.

Hi Alaskan,
Sorry to hear about this misfortune your having, yes you are a very good customer and need to be compensated for your losses.
Its hard to believe that T would semi abandoned you , He does have nice hosts but needs to keep customers happy.
I try my best to do that and sometimes a customer will state that they didn't abuse a build. I repaired a few builds and they looked like they dragged them with a chain behind a pickup. But I still helped them to get up and running again. Sure I had loss to keep
customers happy but need to be savvy with some ..
Hope things work out for you buddy.

Hi Trinh,
The words you chose I THINK.. are not reassuring for a reply hope you work things out for the members here. All the best.

I don't think he is a cheat, just life is pressing him too hard, as it is for all of us. Just a reminder here as PM's don't produce the response I wanted.

Hi,
Just to clear things up in my post to Alaskan I was not referring repairs to any of his builds
I was referring the repairs to my builds and customers.

Hey rich so exited to receive your focus rings I had a happy little surprise the other day, So I was adjusting the current on my cyan and I by mistake gave it all 500mA then I instantly dropped it back but guess what? the diode still draws a lot of power and only puts out ~40-60mw BUT the wavelength was shifted down a lot, I then measured the wavelength with the diffraction grating method 10 times to make it more precise and guess what I got.. 481.786‬ nm Just wow I am attaching pictures below and the camera also picks it up a lot differently than before! Hi G,
500mA way to much you were lucky you didn't loose the diode. The highest I set mine is about 130mA Cyan is awesome glad you like the focus adapters. Hey I meed some pics with the Brass adapters on you builds buddy im curious.

Yea I know 500 is too much I was aiming for 200 ish and I overshot on the small pot I dont mind the power loss now I have a cyan that low but tbh ill not run it often to preserve it I don't know how stable it is so i will end up getting another cyan. Oh ok somewhat bad news and a couple of them 1) package hasn't moved since march 30th and 2) I measured wrong for the 2nd ring 7mm length not 8.2 its totally my fault though Rich don't even think about compensating me at all I don't want to be like your other dishonest customers, It will be an easy fix though since I don't have to add material only bad thing is I don't have any power tools only sandpaper and a wood saw but I will be alright I mean I had the patience to enlarge a 12mm alu hole to 16mm using the same things.

Hi G,
On a focus adapter there are only 2 hole sizes thats 9mm for the threads and I use a 6.5 or 7mm exit hole. Where did you get 12mm hole to 16mm Just curious buddy..

Oh I'm talking about a SL heat sink that I had to enlarge because I ordered the wrong module.
