Hello,

I searched this forum for a laser Diode comparison list, but could not find one.

There are some compact information at the DTR shop, also a lot of information hidden in numerous threads. I would like to see a compact comparison list with information like : mono/(multimode; wavelength, max. current, max. power Output, divergence, spot typ etc.

best regards

Edgar

Is this what you're looking for? List of Laser Diodes - Jnrpop 2018

It's not all the information that you're looking for, but I don't think that you'll find a more comprehensive list with everything that you ask for on it.

thanks, that is a very useful list. Where did you find it?

At first, I searched for "diodes by wavelength" using the search function at the top of the page, and found it in one of the threads listed there (Is there a mostly comprehensive list of laser diodes with pictures and data sheets?).

I then checked the" general" forum section, and it is also listed there, it is a stickied thread, so it'll always be there.

Hello,

in some forums you will find a register, called data files and downloads. Normaly ,comments to this files are not allowed. This keeps this data clean and compact.
Is there a data file for the diode list? If not, I will copy it with the snipping tool.
I think, in future I will concentrate more on the single mode diodes, although I like the power diodes, especially the 520 nm typ.

Hello,

I am looking for a nice 638 nm diode. In the diode list, the sharp 185 nm diode is listed as multimode. At the DTR shop you can find this diode as single mode. That is a little bit confusing.

If I remember correctly that is a mistake on the DTR site. I would have to check to be certain, but I think it was a typo.
