The least expensive argon I have ready is a JDS Uniphase 2214-12SL. It is 488nm. It does about 20mW @ 10A. It comes with a PSU and a 110V fan. You will have to make or buy a remote for it and provide a short length of dryer vent hose from the laser to the fan. I will jump it to run at idle so you can use it while you build your remote.

It is $150 plus shipping. To get an estimate of shipping, the laser and PSU together weigh about 30 pounds. It will ship from 91744.
