Nevermind guys, got it working. Had to disassemble the whole unit, but found that the focus ring was, somehow, glued to the case itself. Broke it free, though. So, no real problems. :)

Well, I got the switch KIND of working. It works about a third of the time, and I have to be real gentle with it. But I still can't focus it. it seems like the inner focus ring, (I assume the small, inner one is the focus), has somehow become attached to the ring that surrounds it. Thoughts?

Got the laser! Thank you again SenKat, for going through all this for us. But someone please enlighten me.  There's two rings on the aperture, the outer and inner one.  I assume the inner one is the focus, right?  Because in mine, the inside casing just spins and spins.  The inner one just...

Yeah, it was the expidited, (EMS), shipping. And DX is still no help whatsoever. Ugh. So f'ing frustrating.

The note said something along the lines of, "The particular parcel that is inclosed is in breach of customs law for importing this item." Soemthing along those lines. Just got a reply from DX. Simply put, they say I'm hosed. There's nothing they're willing to do to help. Well, they lost a...

Heh, yeah, it just seems to be my like. It's just a huge downer. I know it's a cheap laser, but I was hoping it would help to motivate me to get back into them. I'll let you know what DX says. If they even get back to me.
