Re: FS: CNI GLP 485nm
Upper dot is sharp 490nm and lower dot is the GLP 485. There is extra dot to the right which is just camera reflection. It’s not as bad as it looks on the picture.
I can’t believe I missed this earlier. I just put my 575nm through the spectrometer and I noticed a small peak of 937nm and shifted up to 940nm as it heated.
Most of their items shows false description. I can assure you this is 100% laser and not an LED or anything else. The spectro test and the beam characterstics is more than enough to prove that it’s a laser.
This is the module, only if I can take the back plate then we can know much more about it but this thing is sealed
I started from the top by removing the collimation lens which revealed the following (lens ?), anyway it was easy to pop off

I got my order of the two 575nm modules from optlaser
And the question you are looking an answer for, is it really a 575nm ? well.....
Yup, they are 573nm. it doesn't have a wide linewidth like the 565nm.
I didn't have the time to do an extensive power testing but they do about 15mW, I...
Up for sale a ~10mW CNI GLP 485nm
This one has a Osram PLT5 which known to have some kind of dirty window that add some splash around the dot.
Asking $old.
I ordered two units from the alibaba seller and it should ship tomorrow. I’ll keep you updated on what I find about these, I’ll even tear one apart if it’s 565nm or 575nm.
Your photography is simply stunning. I really like the color accuracy of your camera, unfortunately my DSLR picks the whole 485-495 range as the same color.
They offer a newer model with "more sensitivity"
