The ones that just died (Charger showing EE) are Efest, the previous ones that also dies were sent by Sanwu

What does it mean when the batteries I bought from Sanwu show EE (Error) on the charger, and refuse to work. I contacted Sanwu, and all he said is that it's rare that both batteries fail, but no other explanation or offer to replace or refund them from Sanwu..... Any advice?

Gianakakis , again you seem to be incapable of being a friendly person. You are writing in a violent and unhelpful way. If you read my messages properly you would have seen I was refering to Sanwu Customer service and communication, I am aware what they sold me is not made by themselved directly...

Sanwu promised to post replacements, to replace some of the 'bad' goods he sent me, but though I paid for fast shipping he now says it will take another 30 days to arrive (this is after 2 weeks of trying to get him to offer a solution), he also offered part refund, but now ignoring my messages...

Wow, so good to have the Eagle Eye pairs, and the Nitecore Um20 charger, makes a huge difference working with quality accessories. Sanwu promised to send some replacements, so I hope the actual 304 units will be sorted soon :-)

OK guys, you are the best! It was a polarity issue, and the blue and red now also work. Although the blue laser has a dirty splash when focused and a black line is very visible when unfocused (I attach photo) , is this normal? Also the USB star head does not fit the green laser as the thread is...

I checked the old red laser pointer and the sticker says 650nm <5mw, so unless the info is incorrect, the Sanwu goggles could not block that. You are right each laser had a star head on it, and I also ordered a usb auto-rotating head, which arrived, but the set of 5 star heads did not arrived...

Thank you! I appreciate the advise and also the discount code. The $15 goggles are sold as OD3, the red coloured ones seem to block cheap 5mw lasers, but the green coloured goggles he sent have almost no effect with a 5mw red laser.... What do you mean by "real" batteries and charging...
