thank you for your reply , now to the part that confusing me the most , the driver, lets just say i have all i need but the driver ( diode , heat-sink 3x10440 ,flash-light as a host), what driver should i use, should i make it my self or buy it?

each 10440 is the same size like an aaa? if yes then it is not problem i could use 3 at the same time in my mini flashlight

here i have a noobish question, would the diode produce 100 MW if the driver is 100mw (like this one in the post) no matter how many mw is the diode or it would produce more with a "stronger" diode? i mean any diode would produce 1000mw with a proper driver but only the good ones would handle...
