Astral Driver For Sale - Boost, Buck, Buck-Boost, Linear, & Etc

I'm able to do this, but the problem would be the heatsinking.. If you are asking for 5A round 17mm, the usage duty would be low the thermal protection may be kicking earlier than those which mounted on heatsink. There will be some new driver coming soon...

Astral Driver For Sale - Boost, Buck, Buck-Boost, Linear, & Etc

Great discussion! About testing the "continuity" or short-testing using multimeter: You need to be aware as the (usual) multimeter will supply about 3V when set into continuity test. This leads into powering up the driver and thus act the same way when you power it up using 3V battery, i.e the...

Astral Driver For Sale - Boost, Buck, Buck-Boost, Linear, & Etc

For consideration: Max input voltage would be 6.4V (2x LiFePO4 at full charged = 3.2V*, for example ANR26650M1B cell) Max output voltage (Vf) would be 6V Above that? kaboom! :D *please note that some LiFePO4 is 3.5~3.6V at full charged

    Never lucky

I always suspected that the concave lens in the 3EL reflecting and focusing enough power to melt the LD's window. Because it also happened to me :( If there are some debris at the beginning, it should have melted since the beginning of turning on laser. BUT, it happened only when i try to...
