Battery tube & Switch module are from Warsun X60 Flashlight

Lathe was singing yesterday and here is 48mm Finned Heatsink [AlCuMgPb] with small inlay for Sanwu X3 Beam Expander and couple heatsink re-modifications from previous designs. I'm going to press those 30mm x 30mm 99.9% Copper rods into old heatsinks (for 12mm modules)

I will update thread at some point.

Looks absolutely killer!

Do you have any plans on expanding your lathe-work repertoire to start making hosts?

Mad props to you!

Nah... I'm more CreativeCommons 0 type person.

I've been looking for reasonable priced Online CNC services. (Protolabs eg.)
Just trying to design Modular Host Parts for myself and I'm planning to release all my host part designs for free at GrabCad some point.
I hope that prices will come down in future.

Hopefully in near future you just:
1. Go to GrabCad > 2. Choose your parts > 3. Order those parts from online service > 4. Assembly your host = Win

ArcticDude, those are some good looking heatsinks, and also an excellent job on the lathe work!
Keep up the good work. :)

Thank you Sir,
48mm heat sink turned up quite well and feels solid with Warsun X60 frame
