I can say that the UltraFire 3000mAH 18650 is no good for high-current operation. That thing maxes out around 700mA. I just ordered an AW battery to replace it. I might try one those new Redilast batteries as well.

AW for sure sells panasonic ncr18650's for their 2900mAh cells. These rock, and I'm totally getting some soon. Planning on a sleeper light, and need a good powersource.

Looks like Soshines and GTLs aren't any good either. Both of them are suspect used re-wrapped cells. So, buyer beware!
