Looking for 1.5 Amp Driver module with TTL

Hey Folks,
I am looking for a LD driver module that will load up to 1.5 amps and has a TTL input. Size is not a problem as this is going in a large enclosure. Even a good schematic would be fine. (this is not a commercial project) I have been watching for the newest Flexmod2, but it is not available yet. There is an O-like module that has TTL but it is only 500ma. I have seen a few others in the 500ma range also.
I am working on a bench type supply that I can fire up most of the LD's available today, within the 1.5 amp range, of course.
Any suggestions? :thinking:

Get a drlava FlexMode driver...
IIRC it has TTL control..

I just read the die4laser specs yesterday. Looks just like what I am looking for.
I am obviously new here...Taking a while to dig down thru the posts to find what I am looking for. So much good info here.
